Cellar V is based 1 hour north of Sydney on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW but we ship gifts nationwide, and work with clients across Australia.
Shipping costs of your gifts will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. We endeavor to find the most cost-effective shipping method for you and do not apply any mark up on freight costs.
We can ship gifts directly to your clients, or in bulk to your office – just let us know. For large orders, shipping is included – please check with us when ordering.We cannot accept PO boxes for the delivery address.
Cellar V accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
If no one is at the shipping address to receive the goods, a card will be left or email sent to the receiver (depending on courier) and it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery.
Selecting ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout gives the courier the authority to leave the delivery at your delivery address in the event that no one is home to receive it. When Authority to Leave is selected, Cellar V cannot be held responsible for an item being lost (when the courier has marked it as delivered).
If an order has not arrived, please notify us within 14 days of dispatch. Notifications or claims outside of 14 days cannot be processed.
